If you've had success or trouble using our universal remote with the LMC-1, post it here.
I had no problem configuring my Logitech Harmony 670. The only quirks were that it is listed as a "Receiver" even though it is clearly not. Also, it didn't know the 0-9 codes, so I had to teach it those.
If anybody knows how I can add these buttons to the Logitech profile, I'd be happy to.
Anybody using another remote?

Welcome, and thanks for the post, MrGreg!
It's no surprise, but I had no problems at all setting up my Harmony 550. I was pleasantly surprised that Logitech's software/site had Emotiva listed and seeming had no trouble setting up the LMC-1.

if anyone finds discrete on/off for the LMC-1, please post it here. I've tried to locate the codes via JP1 and could not find the discrete codes

My understanding from following the beta testing discussion was that no discrete codes exist.

Yes, that was my understanding as well (no discretes), having gone thru the exhaustive JP1 search. I just thought I'd ask one more time, in case I was mistaken.

Can we post images here yet? I have a nifty JP1/OBC chart for the EMO remote.

Ah, no. For the moment, you're going to have to host the images somewhere else and then link to them from here. Sorry. It costs $2/month for 20mb of attachments. A trivial amount, perhaps, but I haven't ponied up for it. Can we post images here yet? I have a nifty JP1/OBC chart for the EMO remote.

I had no real problems with the Harmony 880. I also found that I could put a startup delay in the settings for the LMC-1 and that helped out my wife quite a bit.

What do you mean by a startup delay? Is this to delay the selection of inputs until after the volume ramp up is completed?

I posted about it here: av123forum.com/showthread.php?p=351048#post351048All devices have a preset delay - it allows the remote to wait on sending commands to the device until it is fully started (ie. finished the volume ramp-up)
